How do I return my order?

Under EU rules all our products come with the standard 14 days return and change time.

Just mark the items you are returning on the return form that came with your order, pack your items in the box or bag, and send back your items. Make sure to cover up or remove the original delivery barcode on the box. When ready, return the goods to the following address:

Once you've dropped off your item or had it collected, you should receive a return receipt. Please keep hold of this as it's your proof of refund. When done, please inform our customer support about incoming return: customersupport@bonitabloom.com.

Please note that we do not offer free shipping, so customer has to cover the shipping costs unless the product is faulty. In case of a faulty product we naturally offer free return with 100% refund, or we ship a new product for free.
